Can't afford hiring a full time Administrative Assistant, but still need full time access to one?
Don't want to spend your valuable time training a new hire?
We are here to help you!
We offer different retainer options you can choose from:
Yearly / Monthly / one-time projects aka Lobby Days
TAM Support is an Administrative Assistance Service Timeshare (you share the cost of a full-time Admin with other lobbying firms). Instead of hiring/paying for a full-time Admin, you reserve us for a certain amount of time each day, that can be used during any of the 8 business hours.
You provide us with an email address Admin@YourDomain.com and we check that inbox every 1-2 hours, between 8 am – 12 pm, and 1 pm – 5 pm. For time sensitive help, you may also send us a textmessage to alert us to quickly jump to your inbox.
We will never take on more clients than the time we have available per day. Each day we have a certain number of minutes reserved just for you, depending on which retainer option you choose.
